Susanna Hobbs has overall responsibility for the service including:

  • Maintaining compliance with legislation and regulation, including completing mandatory Notifications to our regulatory body, the Care Quality Commission
  • The health, safety and well being of all clients and employees
  • Strategy and business development
  • Maintaining the highest standard of service in every department and for every client

Michelle Clarke

Area Manager: Michelle Clarke

Peterborough, Yaxley, Whittlesey and surrounding areas

Michelle Clarke is the operational manager for Peterborough and surrounding areas. She is responsible for the safe and effective delivery of  domiciliary care in her area, including:

  • Comprehensive care planning
  • Effective Risk Assessments for all clients and care workers
  • Ensuring the allocation of care workers to clients, matching skills and qualities of care workers to the needs of clients
  • Liaising with Local Authority and NHS Care Placement and Contracts teams; clients; family members; and a range of professionals, including GP’s, Nurses, Social Workers, Occupational Therapists, Appointees, Solicitors etc.
  • Maintaining Quality Assurance procedures

Care Co-ordinator: Tracey Warren

Co-ordinators will discuss the times and duration of each care call, and allocate small teams of care workers to each client, ensuring that there is continuity of care and client needs are well provided for.

Supported Living Service Manager: Teri Bramwell

(All areas)

Teri Bramwell is responsible for the development of services including those for people with:

  • Learning Disability
  • Physical Disability
  • Mental Health
  • Complex health needs

The service is able to support people with wide range of needs and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including sleeping and waking nights. Small teams of Support Workers are identified for individual clients, ensuring complex needs are fully understood and there is effective continuity of care.

The service is able to provide longer periods of respite care and enables individuals to access education, employment and training, as well as social activities.

Lorna Peters: Wisbech Manager

Lorna Peters is the Manager responsible for domiciliary care services in Wisbech and surrounding villages. She works closely with Cambridgeshire County Council and the NHS to place care packages.

Lorna Peters ensures that:

  • Care packages are allocated and completed to the highest standards
  • Care Plans and Risk Assessments accurately reflect the needs of individual clients
  • Care Workers are trained and competent to complete care tasks, whilst promoting independence, privacy, respect and dignity at all times

Sharon Turner: East Cambs Manager

Sharon TurnerBurwell, Soham, Fordham, Ely and surrounding areas

Sharon Turner is the Manager for East Cambridgeshire, and is responsible leading a team of domiciliary care workers in the delivery of high quality care services.

Sharon liaises with the Local Authority, NHS and families of private clients, in order to produce a personalised care package, tailored to the needs of the individual.
