Cambridgeshire Homecare provide all workers with a comprehensive Induction programme, including: the Safe Administration of Medication, Safeguarding Adults and Children, and Moving and Handling, (theory and practical).
All care/support workers complete mandatory courses for working in the Health and Social Care sector too, and these are refreshed regularly.

Richard Kilby has oversight of the training programme provided by Cambridgeshire Homecare. He is responsible for the provision of mandatory courses, specialist training and enrolment of employees onto Higher Level Diplomas in Health and Social Care.
