Service Development Manager: Michelle Clarke
Michelle Clarke is responsible for managing service development projects. She overseas our Caras Roster System and has oversight of the domiciliary service.

The Co-ordinator will discuss the times and duration of each care call, and allocate small teams of care workers to each client, ensuring that there is continuity of care and client needs are well provided for.

Supported Living and Children and Young People’s Service Manager: Teri Bramwell

Teri Bramwell is responsible for the development of services including those for people with:
- Learning Disability
- Physical Disability
- Mental Health
- Complex health needs
The service is able to support people with wide range of needs and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including sleeping and waking nights. Small teams of Support Workers are identified for individual clients, ensuring complex needs are fully understood and there is effective continuity of care.
The service is able to provide longer periods of respite care and enables individuals to access education, employment and training, as well as social activities.

Sharon Turner: East Cambs and Suffolk Homecare Manager
Bury St Edmunds, Mildenhall, Burwell, Soham, Fordham, Ely and surrounding areas
Sharon Turner is the Manager for East Cambridgeshire, and is responsible leading a team of domiciliary care workers in the delivery of high quality care services.
Sharon liaises with the Local Authority, NHS and families of private clients, in order to produce a personalised care package, tailored to the needs of the individual.
